Assist in training and directing the Move Team and help ensure workers are scheduled and available when needed. Assist in overseeing relocations and storage of furniture, office equipment, large packages, and other items. Consult on space usage/placement and oversee setups for events and meetings. Maintain office and special event furniture inventory and manage storage areas. Partner closely with events and catering teams, Building Services, and Security. This position is a fully in-office role due to the nature of the work being done. In the role of Assistant Manager, you will apply your professional expertise to facilitate the execution of daily logistical requirements for employees, clients, and guests, thereby supporting organizational business continuity.
