About The Position
The Building Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the community, ensuring that hallways, common areas, and vacant apartments are spotless and well-maintained. This role is crucial for resident satisfaction and the overall appearance of the property. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work in a residential building setting.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Keep public spaces, amenity areas, and office areas clean—vacuum, mop, dust, and empty trash
- Ensure restrooms and high-touch areas are sanitized
- Clean and refresh vacant apartments to get them move-in ready
- Handle small maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, replacing covers, etc.)
- Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal and sidewalk cleaning
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues
- Keep cleaning tools and supplies organized and in good condition
