Requirements
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly and monthly activation checks to verify that valves open instantly, deliver tepid water, and flow continuously for 15 minutes.
- Flush lines, drain and clean basins, refill self-contained units, and replace defective valves, hoses, or shower heads.
- Update physical inspection tags on the equipment and log all preventative maintenance (PM) data into a digital CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Identify damaged units or environmental hazards (e.g., blocked access, freezing risks) and escalate for immediate repair.
