About The Position

This position is for internal team members at the current facility or complex only. The role involves general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair, snow removal, and lawn care. The successful candidate will complete work orders and other assigned tasks under the direction of their supervisor, working with minimal supervision. They will also assist with general maintenance as needed and may be required to work various hours with little notice. Candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria, including completion of a 90-day probationary period, fewer than 6 attendance points, and no disciplinary actions resulting in suspension in the last 12 months. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or 1-year of on-the-job training in a related field
One year of experience or education in at least two (2) of the following building maintenance areas: Carpentry, 110-220-volt electrical, Concrete pour and finish, Vehicle repair, Pipe insulation, Painting, Plumbing
Valid driver’s license
Good communication skills, both written and oral
At least 6 months of experience in two of the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, and Painting
Must have completed their 90-day probationary period
Have less than 6 attendance points
No discipline in the last 12 months resulting in suspension
