About The Position

As a Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic. As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, you will perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics. You will also conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance, maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal, oversee and coordinate with external contractors, and transport residents to and from appointments.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance, preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
