Building Maintenance Worker
About The Position
Ensure all company buildings are in proper operating condition. Investigate and correct assigned routine and priority work requests, complete assigned preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, and perform maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner. Compensation is based on experience and skill level. Relevant professional licenses or certifications are preferred and may be considered for placement within the established compensation range based on job-related qualifications and experience. The stated compensation range is $25 to $35; the posting does not specify a pay period.

Responsibilities
- Perform facilities maintenance activities according to manufacturer guidelines, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain buildings, building infrastructure, and roofing.
- Perform painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
- Replace electrical features, including receptacles, wires, switches, and motors.
- Repair minor wall damage using plaster or compound.
- Repair sinks, water coolers, toilets, damaged flooring, steps, and sidewalks.
- Replace damaged paneling, floor tiles, doors, and windows.
- Perform general maintenance on equipment, machinery, gates, and fencing.
- Investigate and correct assigned routine and priority work requests.
- Complete assigned preventive maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.
