About The Position
Performs routine repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles; performs routine groundskeeping work to ensure the beautification of the landscape; performs minor plumbing and carpentry repair work; regularly cleans building and sanitizes as necessary. Sweeps, vacuums, strips, mops and waxes floors; sweeps sidewalks. Assembles and moves office furniture including chairs, desks, tables, bulletin boards, etc. Monitors activities and visitors of building and grounds to ensure security.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two years of experience in handling minor building and maintenance repairs
- Good skill in the use of hand and power tools
- Valid State Driver’s License
