Requirements

Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Previous electrical, plumbing, or handyman skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of building equipment and infrastructure.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with general facility upkeep, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
