Requirements

• Associate’s degree or a minimum of two (2) years of related building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the operation, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment, and basic structural repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas, including: Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays, Sweeping walkways and entry areas, Picking up litter, Arranging and maintaining outdoor furniture.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior common areas, including: Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays, Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and light cleaning, Arranging furniture as needed.
• Learn and support the operation of building systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues and report needed repairs or supplies to the supervisor.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Club operations.
