This role involves performing essential maintenance and repair work across multiple trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical. Candidates will be considered for union positions such as Maintenance Mechanic, Painter, Locksmith, and Laborer based on their qualifications and experience. Requirements

  • Maintenance Mechanic: 3+ years experience (within past 5 years) in comparable facility.
  • Maintenance Mechanic: Multi-trade skills: painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, locksmith and flooring experience.
  • Maintenance Mechanic: Vocational/technical training in maintenance and service work.
  • Maintenance Mechanic: Skills: Patching walls, replacing fixtures, repairing concrete, hanging doors, equipment maintenance.
  • Painter: 3+ years experience (within past 5 years) in comparable facility.
  • Painter: Expertise in applying special paint systems and stained wood finishes as well as substrate preparation, brush/roller/spray equipment.
  • Painter: Skills: Surface preparation, finish application to walls/floors/ceilings/equipment, ability to read floor plans.
  • Laborer: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Laborer: Valid driver's license.
  • Laborer: Ability to lift heavy loads.
  • Laborer: Skills: Reading floor plans, learning facility policies/procedures, physical stamina.
  • Locksmith: 3+ years experience (within past 5 years) in comparable facility.
  • Locksmith: Completed apprenticeship or required training with acceptable certification.
  • Locksmith: Ability to manage and maintain key programming/management system.
  • Locksmith: Skills: Installing/repairing locking mechanisms, key cutting, establishing keying systems.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work on First Shift, Second Shift, and Weekend shifts.
