This role is responsible for maintaining building, grounds, and equipment to ensure efficient business operations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience
• Technical or trade school classes in related field
• Basic carpentry skills and electrical knowledge preferred
• Painting skills and plumbing knowledge preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Replace lights and ballasts in fluorescent fixtures while upgrading to higher efficiency retrofit
• Perform lawn care – mowing, trimming, edging, racking – landscaping, snow removal, ice treatment
• Painting, patching, and caulking building structures, room and equipment
• Effectively complete work orders and enter in job notes
• Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment
