About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Building Maintenance Person to join our team at Malone Ford. This role is important to the day-to-day operations and upkeep of our dealership and includes a variety of tasks such as: Lawn care and snow plowing, general maintenance of service equipment (vehicle lifts, air compressors, oil furnace, etc.), janitorial duties including cleaning bathrooms, showroom, offices, and more, and light construction and repair work as needed.
Requirements
- General knowledge of maintenance and light construction
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to quality work
Responsibilities
