The Building Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the overall upkeep, basic repair, and safety of assigned commercial properties. This role performs general maintenance tasks, supports seasonal site needs, and serves as a central point of contact, working closely with internal departments and external vendors and contractors to coordinate building services, repairs, and inspections, ensuring facilities are well-maintained year-round. You will work with your team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations.
