About The Position

ISN Corp. is looking to add a Full Time Building Engineer to our Bethesda, Maryland office! Shall have the necessary certifications and experience needed for independently maintaining and monitoring the MEP and HVAC systems, of this seven story building, as its primary responsibility, on a daily basis, the required performance as per the schedule of preventive maintenance, for all equipment as related to MEP, HVAC, Alarm & Security, Systems, and both inside and outside the building and the grounds. Reporting and documenting on a daily basis must be maintained with copy in the Director’s Office confirming the daily work performed. As needed, supervision of existing maintenance contracts, and other requests for quotes for obtaining other contractual services or materials.

Requirements

• Necessary certifications and experience for independently maintaining and monitoring MEP and HVAC systems.
• Experience with Alarm & Security Systems.
• Experience with grounds maintenance.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years minimum of experience with programmable logic controllers
• 5 years minimum of experience with mechanical systems

Responsibilities

• Independently maintaining and monitoring the MEP and HVAC systems of a seven-story building.
• Performing daily preventive maintenance for all equipment related to MEP, HVAC, Alarm & Security systems, both inside and outside the building and grounds.
• Reporting and documenting daily work performed.
• Supervising existing maintenance contracts as needed.
• Obtaining quotes for contractual services or materials.
