Operates building heating, ventilation and air conditioning units to maintain desired climate control and proper equipment operation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Trade School in HVAC, plumbing or electrical Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
- General Experience and knowledge of applicable fire codes and DOH LS / TJC standards Required
- Drivers License Required
Nice To Haves
- 2 years experience in building mechanical operations Preferred
