About The Position

Maintain a pristine, safe, and professional environment by overseeing the daily care of common areas and team workspaces. This role serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day facilities upkeep, delivering responsive and professional support for all janitorial and building needs.

Requirements

• Experience in working within a professional environment.
• Knowledge of basic janitorial skills.
• Experience using tools typical to janitorial work (brooms, mops, sponges, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand the “Directions of Use” on cleaning products and the ability to safely use those products in a commercial environment.
• Awareness of the potential safety related issues associated with using commercial cleaning products (slipping hazards, air quality concerns, proper handling and storage, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of interior common areas of Company (break rooms, restrooms, hallways, etc. to the defined standards set by the Company.
• Maintain the various interior work areas (vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, trash collection) as set by the Company established schedule.
• Courteously respond to requests for unexpected service as needed
• Cleaning and maintaining internal supplies for assigned cleaning cart and equipment
• Other duties and tasks as assigned
