Role Overview: You will be responsible for cleaning and custodial care including reporting of the need for; maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and operations of the building(s), equipment, of the eleven buildings (506,047 sq. ft.) located on Stout Field. You will determine priority of work, schedule work and supervise assigned employees, inter-agency work crews, and contractor work.
