About The Position

Bishop is looking for part-time evening custodians with flexible hours. Work at your own pace and work as much or as little as you'd like. This role involves providing cleaning services for medical buildings, offices, or light industrial facilities according to cleaning specifications. The position offers weekly pay and requires a motivated and dependable individual who can work independently in a minimally supervised environment. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
18 years of age
Able to lift occasionally up to 40 pounds
Have a personal smart phone with data usage capability
Motivated and dependable individual who can work alone or with a group in a minimally supervised environment
Attention to detail
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to use mobile apps (applications)
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Prior cleaning experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Collect trash and replace trash can liners
Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Wipe windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Dust and clean overhead vents
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the custodian's closet
Communicate with supervisor to ensure cleaning quality and customer service
Follow all safety guidelines
Follow proper procedures in the use of cleaning solutions, equipment and tools according to specifications
Report any abnormal activities or conditions to management
Ensure all chemicals and equipment needed are available and in working order
Record your arrival/departure times, and communicate on company app using your personal smartphone
