About The Position
The Honeywell Technologies Building Automation Supply Chain Development Program offers a summer internship program for candidates in Supply Chain career paths. The summer intern program is designed to provide the candidate with a three-month project assignment that is related to their major. The program is created this way so candidates can gain a deep understanding of Honeywell Technologies end-to-end business as well as the importance of optimizing supply chain performance, driving operational excellence, and delivering value to customers. The candidate will work closely in coordinating efforts with Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality.

Responsibilities
- Guide strategic projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply chain teams
- Attend leadership learning sessions with cross-functional business and ISC leaders to enhance understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by evaluating workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to enhance supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive operational improvements.
