About The Position

The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The Supply Chain Department manages procurement, logistics, and inventory to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services across the fleet and corporate functions. They source and coordinate delivery of food, beverages, linens, toiletries, medical supplies, uniforms, marine equipment, and more, often across multiple homeports around the world. They work to ensure all goods meet strict quality and safety standards, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure contractual compliance and work with various departments on demand planning and waste reduction. Their scope includes Travel Services, facilitating crew and guest travel arrangements for smooth, global operations. Supply chain work in the cruise industry is widely regarded as among the most complex in the world. It’s a masterclass in precision logistics, global coordination, and multi-category expertise.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar field of study with expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
  • Previous experience in related areas

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred
