About The Position

The Building Automation Manager is responsible for completing ongoing Data Center critical infrastructure maintenance and repair for all service lines, ensuring adherence to pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves overseeing and coordinating emergency response to promptly resolve critical issues. The manager guides communications and handover processes to meet operational requirements and specifications, provides expert input for effective contract administration including generation and review of contracts, and supervises the development of policy documents. Additionally, the manager reviews proposals of maintenance plans, escalating findings to senior leaders for approval, and identifies training opportunities for team members.
