This role involves analyzing building control and mechanical system performance, ensuring documentation accuracy, performing DDC controls troubleshooting, and acting as a liaison to customers and electrical installers. Requirements

  • Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications
  • Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Computer hardware and software skills
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Strong communication and interactive skills
  • AA degree in applied technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Building Mechanical systems experience
  • Computer programming experience
  • Troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks including database back-ups, control system analysis, network analysis and optimization, central equipment controls performance testing, and customer training.
  • Execute service quoted projects.
  • Troubleshoot DDC control and mechanical systems.
  • Replace failed components as necessary.
  • Maintain consistent communications with supervisors, service coordinators, account managers, and customers.
  • Provide rotating weekly on-call support as scheduled.
