About The Position

Requirements

• Comply with OSHA and MSDS practices.
• Heavy physical requirements including lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, and working on uneven, slippery, or elevated surfaces.
• Strong motor coordination, balance, and spatial awareness.
• High visual and auditory alertness.
• Moderate emotional demands focusing on hazard recognition, task accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to work in environments with extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, loud noise, and mechanical hazards.
• Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and undergo periodic physical examinations.

Nice To Haves

• 6 Months industrial/ institutional cleaning experience

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms, operating rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas; handle trash and waste disposal in compliance with standards.
• Maintain floors and carpets through stripping, waxing, and shampooing; ensure walkways are safe and accessible.
• Provide responsive assistance to patients, visitors, and staff, maintaining a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Adhere to OSHA and MSDS safety practices while working collaboratively to achieve departmental goals.
