Cura of Watkins, a CMS 5-star rated facility is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and resident-focused Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team! Our Dietary Department plays an essential role in the health and well-being of our residents. From preparing and serving nutritious meals to creating a clean and welcoming dining experience, every team member helps make mealtime one of the best parts of our residents' day. As a Dietary Aide, you'll work alongside a supportive team to provide exceptional meal service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Every shift offers the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents through quality service and compassionate care.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assists with meal reparation, tray service, resident meal service, dishwashing, sanitation, and kitchen cleaning while ensuring all meals are served safely, accurately, and according to resident diet orders.
- Helps maintain a clean, organized, and resident-centered dining environment while supporting food safety standards and excellent customer service.
- Assist with meal Preparation & Service as needed
