About The Position

Responsible to represent the school building and district in a most positive way to students, staff, parents, and total community. Performs work of a general nature which assists with the smooth operation of the building.

Requirements

  • Ability to represent the school building and district in a most positive way to students, staff, parents, and total community.
  • Ability to perform work of a general nature which assists with the smooth operation of the building.
  • Ability to assist administrators, teachers, staff, students, families, parent group, and community as needed.
  • Ability to help with cafeteria supervision and cleaning tables between lunch shifts.
  • Ability to make and receive telephone calls, take messages, and route calls.
  • Ability to send and respond to emails.
  • Ability to distribute mail.
  • Ability to assist with building security in regards to visitors and personnel access including but not limited to: verifying reason for visit, scanning visitors’ driver's license, monitoring radios, monitoring approved parent volunteer list.
  • Ability to maintain paperwork for required safety drills/emergency drills.
  • Ability to supervise students in hallways, offices, and as needed by building.
  • Ability to submit work orders for the building as needed.
  • Ability to order, process, and maintain office materials and equipment.
  • Ability to attend professional learning as directed.
  • Ability to perform all work in accordance with governmental laws, state mandates, and Lindbergh policies.
  • Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service to all parents, staff, and visitors.
