West Chester Area School District has the following supplemental contract position available at the elementary level: 1.0 Building Assessment Coordinator - EGE. The role involves developing and delivering training sessions for school personnel on assessment protocols, procedures, and best practices. The coordinator will assist administration with distributing, collecting, and returning all test materials in accordance with state and local requirements and guidelines, as well as monitoring district test security protocols for all assessments. Communication of assessment-related information to all relevant stakeholders is key, as is assisting administration to oversee the accurate and timely entry of local assessment data into the district's information systems. Collaboration with the district's data team to analyze assessment data and identify trends is also a core function of this role.
