This position is responsible for coordinating the scheduling and administration of state, national, and district assessments. The role involves developing and delivering training sessions for school personnel on assessment protocols, procedures, and best practices. The coordinator will assist administration with distributing, collecting, and returning test materials in accordance with state and local requirements, and monitor district test security protocols. Additionally, the position requires communicating assessment-related information to stakeholders and overseeing the accurate and timely entry of local assessment data into the district's information systems. Collaboration with the district's data team to analyze assessment data and identify trends is also a key responsibility.
