About The Position

Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm, including on call responsibilities Building and Grounds Supervisor include but are not limited to performing various semi-skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings and equipment in LifePath residential programs and office buildings. In addition, ensure the safety and appearance of all LifePath properties, assist in the planning, design and implementation of constructions projects, develop working relationships with outside contractors, make recommendations for needed repairs and equipment needs. For over 50 years, LifePath has been providing a variety of community and residential services to individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities in 7 counties in Pennsylvania. Requirements

HS Diploma/GED
2 year experience working in the field of maintenance.
Able to do basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical and repair work
At least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license with a clean 3 year driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely

Responsibilities
