About The Position

The primary function of this position is to support the transfer case assembly process. This includes receiving direction from team leads on priority units, rebuilding planetaries, processing oil pumps, and cleaning magnets. The role also involves learning and performing teardown, inspection, assembly, and final test of transfer case shift motors. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace and properly disposing of worn parts are also key responsibilities. The position may also include other tasks as directed, such as cross-training in other areas of the shop.

Requirements

• Basic automotive or mechanical skills
• Familiarity and/or use of power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to cross-train in other areas of the shop
