Requirements

Customer-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in coordination roles, preferably within the home technology or construction sectors.
Organizational prowess and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a passion for technology and innovation in the home services industry.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or related field.
Self-motivated, team player with a dedication to excellence.
Experience working closely with builders or contractors.
Familiarity with home automation and smart home technologies.

Responsibilities

Maintain and nurture relationships with builders, ensuring seamless communication and support for HomePro products and services.
Coordinate installations, scheduling, and follow-ups with builders and HomePro's technical team.
Assist in the development and implementation of builder support strategies to enhance cooperation and efficiency.
Provide timely and effective solutions to builders’ concerns and queries relating to HomePro systems.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create materials and presentations for builder-related activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, builder needs, and home automation technology advancements.
Participate in builder showcases, events, and networking meetings to represent HomePro and its interests.
Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.
