The Builder Options Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the selection and pricing of options for new construction projects. This role involves working closely with homebuyers, sales agents, and subcontractors to facilitate the options selection process, including creating and maintaining selection sheets, monitoring deadlines, and communicating with all parties involved. The Coordinator will also be responsible for pricing and quoting options by obtaining accurate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, managing the contract process to ensure accuracy, providing high-level customer service to homebuyers, and offering administrative support such as maintaining files, processing payments, and creating reports.
