This position supports daily production operations in a factory setting, working under the guidance of a Production Supervisor to meet output goals while adhering to safety standards. Employees are expected to maintain quality control standards, adapt to varying workstation assignments, and work effectively within a team-oriented environment. This is a physically demanding role suited for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with basic assembly line processes and procedures
• Experience operating manual and power hand tools safely
• Ability to read and interpret basic work orders or production specifications
• Bilingual communication skills a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Able to read a tape measure and cut wood per specifications
• Use manual or power hand tools to perform one or more repetitive production line assembly operations to produce medium-sized, light-weight products
• Ability to quickly sort products while performing inspections to meet quality standards
• Work at a steady, rapid pace under close supervision
• Using hands, arms and legs in handling, positioning, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Promote and maintain a team environment consistent with company values and principles
• Display a willingness and availability to work irregular hours and overtime as needed
• Willing to cross-train in different workstations/departments as needed
• Display a positive, “Can Do” attitude – be a change agent
• Other duties as assigned
