About The Position

PCSI is looking for a Builder Assessor at Ft. Knox, KY - Site 840! The Builder Assessor will coordinate inspections of real property for updating and maintaining Army Builder program with assistance from the Builder Manager. This position will report to the Builder Manager and is based at our Fort Knox Kentucky TFM contract. Typical work hours will be Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PCSI is an AbilityOne employer—as such, individuals and veterans with disabilities may be prioritized based on role. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Requires working knowledge of and operation of windows applications, to include MS Office.
Five years related experience with the ability to perform the assigned duties.
Must be able to effectively read, write, and speak the English language.
Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to various dirt, debris, and odors.
Possess valid driver’s license and maintain good driving record.
If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).

Nice To Haves

Experience in a maintenance environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinates inspections of real property for updating and maintaining Army Builder program with assistance from the Builder Manager.
Confers with department supervisors to determine material received for Warranty information; enter such information into Builder Program.
May compile report of operational statuses of real property buildings; assists in creating DA 1354 and As-builts drawings.
Other duties as assigned.
