About The Position
The BUSSER for THE BUFFET provides an exceptional dining experience by ensuring fast, friendly service of guests entering the restaurant, as well as, cleaning and resetting of tables and chairs in a timely manner. Maintains a clean environment by removing trash from tables, chairs, floor, service stations and restaurant. Removes used dishes, glassware, and flatware from tables and brings used items to the designated area for washing. Ability to clear tables of dirty dishes and sanitize tables in an efficient and timely manner to ensure guests are seated as soon as possible. Keeps wait stations clean and organized. Empties trash cans and transports dirty dishes to the dish room.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to use bus carts, ice carts, trash compactor and ice machines.
- Knowledge of ABC regulations
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
