Requirements
- Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for guest service and teamwork.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support Food & Beverage associates to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist with training, development, and daily operations.
- Oversee buffet setup, presentation, replenishment, and breakdown.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Provide friendly, personalized service and assist guests with menu questions and special requests.
