About The Position
The Buffet Attendant is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the buffet line daily. This role involves setting up and breaking down all aspects of the buffet, maintaining cleanliness during operation, ensuring appropriate food and supply levels, and adhering to all health and hygiene regulations. Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime are required, and the role may require working evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to interact positively with coworkers and management.
- Ability to prioritize time so that work is accomplished on a dependable basis; is reliable and committed to meeting schedules and deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, including being proactive and resourceful, working independently with minimum supervision.

- Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions.
- Serve-safe certified (Food Handlers)
