About The Position

Mint Cannabis is looking for a Budtender ready to roll up their sleeves and deliver next-level service while guiding guests through their cannabis journey with confidence, care, and good vibes. This role involves greeting and checking in patients, verifying their status, and reporting allotment details in the POS system. The Budtender will provide education and information about medical cannabis, its uses, and available products, and assist patients with product selection in an efficient, friendly, and compliant manner. Additionally, they will process patient orders and payments using POS software, operate, maintain, and close the cash till, and reconcile and deposit daily earnings. The role also includes supporting other departments, maintaining a clean and professional environment, and assisting management with daily operational needs.

Confidence in operating POS systems and other software while assisting patients.
Strong communication, customer service, and basic sales skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.

Responsibilities
