About The Position

JARS Cannabis is hiring an entry-level Budtender for its Prescott location. The role is suited to friendly, enthusiastic candidates with customer-service experience, including experience in retail or food service. Cannabis training is provided, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within the company. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule is five days of eight-hour shifts, with two days off, and requires open availability for morning, mid, and closing shifts, as well as holidays. Pay is $15.50–$16 per hour plus a shared tip pool. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and pass standard and fingerprint background checks. Requirements

Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
Open availability to work morning, mid, and closing shifts, as well as holidays, without schedule restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for at least eight hours daily.
Comfort using a computer throughout the shift.
Willingness to learn and independently stay informed about cannabis trends and products.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
Ability to move and lift at least 50 pounds.
Personal smartphone required; iPhone iOS 14 or later or Android OS 4.4 or later.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must pass a standard background check and a fingerprint background check.
