About The Position

The Budtender promotes a positive, customer service-oriented work environment while following established policies and procedures. This in-person role supports high customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge, while helping maintain store compliance, merchandising, and inventory. The position assists customers in person and over the phone, processes online orders, and contributes to a clean, well-stocked store.

Requirements

Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work 8-hour day and night shifts, plus weekends and holidays as needed.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
Reliable transportation to the store.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and provide excellent service.
Assist customers in the store and over the phone, and process online orders accurately.
Encourage sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
Use the POS system accurately and follow cash-handling, safe-audit, and change-drop procedures.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain familiarity with the training and compliance binder.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure signage, price tickets, and marketing materials are visible and up to date.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-stocked, and complete general housekeeping duties.
Contribute to a positive, customer-focused work environment.
