About The Position

JARS Cannabis is seeking friendly and enthusiastic entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service and open availability for a full-time Budtender position at their Payson location. The company is willing to train individuals on cannabis, especially those with prior customer service experience from retail or food service backgrounds, offering an exciting opportunity for growth within the industry.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule!
Must be able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week.
High School Diploma/GED.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
Personal smartphone required. For iPhone IOS 14 or later and Android OS 4.4 or later are required.
All applicants must be at least 21 years old, pass a standard background check, and undergo a fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.
Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.
Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
