About The Position

Woodgrove Solutions, LLC (Woodgrove) is seeking a Budget/Financial Manager to support commercial and federal government clients. The role focuses on financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and purchase requisition/purchase order management. It also involves using data analytics and automation to support financial analysis and communicating effectively. Understanding the Department of the Navy (DON) PPBE process is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Management, Math, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Five years of experience supporting financial management processes involving budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and PR/PO management.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (pivot tables and formulas), Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills.

• Understanding of the DON PPBE process.
• Experience in data mining and analysis and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Strong critical-thinking, analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assimilate information.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities.
• Reliability, organization, structure, risk sensitivity, agility, creativity, and a record of delivering on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Support financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and PR/PO management.
• Create models, macros, and pivot tables for financial analysis.
• Use data automation skills to support financial work.
