The BU SIOP Leader owns the business operating system and is responsible for transforming and governing the end-to-end SIOP process across BU FLOW. The role integrates demand, engineering, operations, and finance into a single plan and ensures execution excellence. It is positioned as a business leadership role that owns the business unit’s execution system, rather than a planning role. The position covers a business scope of more than $1.0 billion in revenue, primarily in CTO and ETO models, across a global multi-site network in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The network includes STD, CTO, and ETO sites and service centers, including high-complexity mixed-model sites. Key complexity factors include multiple supply-chain models, engineering constraints, shared resources across product categories, and mixed-site structures. The leader defines and governs a federated SIOP model across categories, leads Executive SIOP, integrates demand, supply, engineering, and financial planning, and drives transformation and cross-category alignment. The role reports to the Group ISC Leader, works with GMs and leaders in Operations, Engineering, and Finance, and leads Category SIOP Leads within a federated model. Travel is required 30% of the time.
