About The Position

The BSSM Online Administrator supports the day-to-day administration and coordination of the BSSM Online program. This role helps ensure students, staff, schedules, communications, and administrative systems are well organized and running smoothly. The Administrator serves as a key point of support for the team and students while helping implement program initiatives and continually improve administrative processes.

  • Completion of at least one year of BSSM or equivalent ministry training.
  • Previous administrative, coordination, or similar professional experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relational and customer-service skills, with the ability to serve students and staff well.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks with limited supervision.
  • Proactive, dependable, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in a changing environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office and administrative software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry.
  • Experience working in an administrative role within a ministry, school, or educational environment.
  • Experience coordinating classes, events, schedules, or programs.
  • Familiarity with online or hybrid learning and ministry environments.
  • Previous experience serving students or supporting a student-facing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative systems, department communications, emails, calendars, and general administrative needs.
  • Respond to student questions and requests, providing timely support and connecting students with the appropriate team member when needed.
  • Coordinate schedules, class-related logistics, meetings, and other program needs.
  • Provide administrative and ministry support during BSSM Online class sessions.
  • Ensure students and staff receive clear, accurate, and timely communication regarding schedules, expectations, and program updates.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, resources, and internal systems.
  • Support the planning and implementation of departmental projects, initiatives, and events.
  • Work closely with the BSSM Online team to identify administrative needs, solve problems, and improve systems and processes.
