About The Position

The Brokerage Success Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence by supporting and developing Branch Administrators, improving workflows, and implementing systems that help teams succeed. You are someone who sees operational gaps and knows how to fix them. You bring structure to complexity, thrive when coordinating across teams and locations, and take pride in building systems that help others do their best work. Working closely with Branch Administrators, Managing Brokers, and departments including Deals, Legal, and Client Success, you help ensure the brokerage runs smoothly across every location.

Requirements

  • Real estate experience considered an asset, with 3+ years of administrative or operational support experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of operational leadership experience, including oversight, coaching, or support of administrative teams
  • Strong fluency in process implementation, compliance, and operational structure
  • Ability to support consistent execution across multiple locations and teams
  • High systems and technology aptitude, with the ability to adapt quickly and support brokerage platforms and operational tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and lead change
  • Qualified applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence across the network. You lead initiatives to implement new procedures, platforms, and system changes, and review processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across all locations.
  • Support and develop Branch Administrators. You oversee onboarding, training, and mentoring of operational staff, and keep branches informed and trained on new systems, processes, tools, and company initiatives.
  • Manage facilities and branch operations. You act as a key resource for facility-related issues, coordinate services for branches, manage vendor relationships, and lead coordination for branch start-ups, relocations, and closures.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams. You work closely with departments including Deals, Legal, and Client Success, and support operational planning by identifying resource needs, technology gaps, and process improvements aligned with organizational growth.
  • Keep the brokerage running smoothly. You coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain standardized checklists, distribute internal communications, and support operational and recruiting initiatives across the network.
