About The Position

This is an entry-level position in Brokerage Operations for individuals with a Bachelor's degree. The role involves processing paperwork, supporting client service associates, ensuring document accuracy, and communicating with clients regarding paperwork. The position requires strong quantitative reasoning, communication, and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. Candidates must be able to learn quickly, manage detailed tasks, prioritize activities, and work independently. This role is for fresh college graduates and local candidates only.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Background with Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Quantitative reasoning skills
  • Ability to define and prioritize project activities and follow-up on project progress
  • Strong working knowledge and proficiency in the appropriate computer programs such as MS Excel, MS Word and database input is essential
  • Knowledge of financial services field
  • Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once
  • Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem solving skills, and be able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming and outgoing paperwork including mail and facsimiles
  • Support client service associates and operational personnel
  • Checking inbound client documents for accuracy, notating all activities on the account, and submitting accurate forms for final processing to service center
  • Make outbound contact both in writing and verbally with clients concerning paperwork.
