About The Position

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Strong background in a sales-driven environment.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
• Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, leases, closing statements, and other documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update property listings to ensure accurate, current market representation.
• Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
