We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter Broker Technology Enablement Lead to bridge the gap between brokerage professionals and the technology tools that drive their success. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that Occupier brokers maximize the value of our Salesforce CRM and sales technology ecosystem—helping them improve efficiency, client engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is independent, highly motivated, and has a strong background in commercial real estate (CRE) with a deep understanding of brokerage workflows, sales enablement strategies, and technology adoption. They will work closely with brokers, sales teams, and global success teams to provide hands-on support, training, and insights that translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
