About The Position

Stoïk is seeking a dynamic, motivated Broker Success Manager to support its expanding broker network in Germany and Austria. As part of the Success team, this role provides brokers with support on cyber insurance contract management and helps strengthen business relationships with partner brokers. The position also monitors the development of application features and coordinates their rollout.

The role includes processing broker requests to update insurance contracts through a ticketing system, managing a high volume of interactions while meeting SLAs, and helping brokers use the Stoïk application. It also supports client renewals across the portfolio, including managing low- and mid-segment renewals and coordinating the high-segment renewals agenda with underwriting. The successful candidate will learn Stoïk’s insurance wording and train brokers to manage renewals through the platform.

The Broker Success Manager also supports broker-network compliance and delivers onboarding for top brokers, building trusted relationships and working closely with the sales teams responsible for those broker relationships. Remote work is possible.

Requirements

• Experience or background in the insurance sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to conceptualize problems and carry tasks through to completion.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Update insurance contracts at brokers’ request, managing a high volume of ticketing-system interactions while meeting SLAs.
• Support brokers in using the Stoïk application for their cyber management needs and understand their needs based on their profiles.
• Manage renewals for the low- and mid-segment portfolio.
• Oversee the high-segment renewals agenda in coordination with the underwriting team.
• Learn Stoïk’s insurance wording and train brokers to manage renewals through the platform.
• Help ensure the compliance, consistency, and quality of the broker network.
• Provide onboarding for top brokers, build trusted relationships, and work closely with the sales teams responsible for broker relationships.
• Monitor the development of application features and coordinate their rollout.
