Broker Referral Program - New York
About The Position
As part of our growth strategy, we are launching a referral program to support the expansion of our broker population. We are looking for mid to senior brokers with a strong track record and client relationships, who are New York office based. Your network is one of our strongest assets. If you know high-quality brokers who could be a fit, we encourage you to refer them. Referrals must be external candidates not already in process. We will ensure a fast turnaround on all submissions. This incentive is available to non-hiring staff only. Employees with direct involvement in hiring are not eligible.

Responsibilities
- Refer high-quality brokers who could be a fit for the company.
- Submit profiles via BambooHR.
- Ensure a fast turnaround on all submissions.

- USD 10,000 incentive
- 50% of incentive on joining
- 50% of incentive after successful completion of probation
