We are currently hiring an experienced Broker-Client Relations Paralegal to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Broker and Relationship Channel. The Broker-Client Relations Paralegal will be working in a group setting with other Broker-Client Relations Paralegals. In this team-based role, the Broker-Client Relations Paralegal is responsible for the following key objectives: growing the channel and increasing attorney direct referrals. To accomplish these key objectives, the Broker-Client Relations Paralegal will be responsible for the following: Timely and accurate processing of all incoming leads, including but not limited to creating leads in CRM, reviewing case documents, and requesting additional documents as needed. Keeping plaintiffs, attorneys, and brokers apprised of the lead status and working closely with all stakeholders to ensure leads are converted to deals. Maintaining CRM with up-to-date firm contacts, law firm relevant notes, and dates of last contact. In coordination with the Director and the rest of the team, focus on growing long-lasting relationships with our partners and law firms. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a sales/customer service background focused on building relationships and successfully maintaining an ongoing level of engagement with clients. The Broker-Client Relations Paralegal will work closely with other team members to ensure attorneys and their clients receive excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Paralegal certification required.
  • 2+ years of paralegal experience required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury case management and client relations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with a high volume of phone and email communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Personal injury experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process and qualify incoming leads in a timely and accurate manner, including managing inbound/outbound calls, emails, and written communications.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with attorneys, law firms, and key stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Partner with the Director to identify funding opportunities and move prospective cases efficiently through the funding pipeline.
  • Review case documents, obtain missing information, and coordinate with law firms to facilitate funding decisions.
  • Manage leads from initial inquiry through funded deal status, ensuring timely follow-up and proactive communication throughout the process.
  • Resolve issues promptly to maintain momentum and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Promote the Company's positive image through outstanding customer service and professional interactions.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage client communications, and support administrative tasks as needed.
